  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method securely within 7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Timeline: All custom orders are processed and successfully delivered within 7 business days across mapped zones.
  • Exclusions: Orders are not shipped, routed, or systematically delivered on weekends or national holidays.
  • Volume Delay: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Detailed Refund & Cancellation Terms

This policy outlines how cancellations or refunds are handled for services purchased through the Platform:

  1. Cancellations are considered if the request is submitted within the specified eligibility window of placing the order. However, requests will not be entertained if the order has been processed by fulfillment nodes or dispatched for delivery. In such cases, you may reject the product at your doorstep.
  2. Rihan Technology does not accept cancellation requests for highly custom items unless the customer explicitly establishes that the quality of the delivered service/product is defective.
  3. In case of receipt of damaged or mismatched products, please report to our customer support desk within our standard 7-day notification window. The request will be validly entertained once reviewed and determined at our backend office.
  4. For products or processing equipment carrying direct manufacturer warranties, issues should be directly referred to the respective manufacturers for authorized remediation.
  5. Once a refund claim is officially approved by the administration, the billing ecosystem takes exactly 7 business days to securely route the settlement back to your original payment source.
