Due to the direct server infrastructure costs associated with real-time web operations, portal recharge points and standard membership activations are generally final. Funds cannot be reversed or returned once points are credited into a profile.

2. Transaction Failures

If your money is deducted from your bank profile but portal access parameters fail to load instantly, please wait for 24-48 business hours. Most bank servers settle automatically. In case it remains uncredited, reach out with proof of payment to our billing desks.

3. Dispute Management
